Frequently Asked Questions

Do I get a new wristband each year?
No need! Your Season Pass wristband is reusable from year to year. If you need a replacement, visit Guest Services or our General Store - replacements are available for just $5.

How do I redeem my perks?
Just scan your Season Pass wristband at any point-of-sale in the park to receive your discounts. Booking online? Use your emailed promo code during checkout. Didn’t get a code? Give us a call or shoot us a message - we’ve got you.

When does my Season Pass expire?
Passes are valid for the calendar year purchased—whether you get yours in March or July, it’s good through December 31 of that year.

Already booked something? Can I still use my discount?
Absolutely. Just let us know when you check in, and we’ll gladly adjust your reservation to reflect your Season Pass savings.
