We’re thrilled to have you join us at the Pecan Valley Resort Waterpark, where desert sunshine meets wave-riding fun. To help every guest enjoy a safe, comfortable, and adventure-filled day, we’ve outlined a few helpful guidelines. Whether you're floating down the lazy river, catching waves on our surf machine, or relaxing poolside with a view of red rock canyons, our goal is to keep the good vibes flowing.
Have a question? Just swing by Guest Services near the main entrance—we’re always happy to help.
Please leave the following items at home or in your vehicle:

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express with valid photo ID throughout the park.
We offer plenty of tasty dining options right here in the park—grab a bite at our restaurant, enjoy refreshing drinks on the adult deck, or snack between slides at one of our food kiosks.
